I am running the 1730kv with a 20T pinion and Max6 on my Kraton. Amazing set up. Just have to be a little careful on launch. This motor has so much torque that blipping the throttle too much from a standstill makes the truck jump straight up into the air. As I said, it's a great motor. (Posted on 10/21/2019)

I got the 1480kv version motor and it is great. I put it in my Arrma Outcast paired with a blx200 esc. It just barely fits. It has a lot more torque and I was able to go up to a 16t pinion gear. The top speed for me on 4s was still about 35mph. It doesn’t cog almost at all on the low end which is way better than stock. I have had it for about 4 months and it works very well. BEAST MOTOR Review by NEWTDAWG7

BEAST OF A BRUSHLESS MOTOR FOR A VERY VERY REASONABLE PRICE!!! It feels built as good or better than any other motor I have personally ran or checked out before purchasing. In their descriptions I liked how they always keep that "Buttery Smooth Bearing Description", & they're right. You can feel the magnets just fine but I love how smooth the bearings are and aren't putting much strain on the motor at all, to me that's a great recipe for longevity. I have not had it over a month or so, time will tell but it fit perfectly in my BIG ROCK PROJECT I have going on right now. I have ran a HOT RACING 26T and a HOT RACING 22T, BOTH ON 4S & 6S & 8S, right now 6S is still undrivable and I only installed my 2 new 4S batteries to see if I could control it, negative. I am going to extend the chassis as soon as the guy that was making them starts up again really soon, and I am in the process of checking out other rigs A-ARMS that I can get to work to extend the width as well without only using hub extenders. But yeah, enough with my project, I don't believe you can go wrong with this 1480kv like I purchased or the 1730kv, which I know a guy running that in a Kraton, which I own one as well but I am about to start racing it, it's dialed in with the factory motor and ESC, if either go out I will be returning right here to purchase my replacement. Oh yeah, by the way, if anyone is curious which ESC I'M using with the motor, it's the new HOBBY WING MAX6 EZRUN. I kinda wish I had have went sensored just because I don't plan on getting rid of either of these rigs because one you will never be able to purchase again from the manufacturer, and anyone out there with negative comments about about the BIG ROCK, you have no idea how to build your R/C, you have to be told, this truck has so much to work with on top of being brutally tough, I can't break it and I have done my damndest. R/C JUICE, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, I ENJOY YOUR VIDEOS AS WELL. GO AHEAD AND HIT ME BACK ON WHICH ESC AND MOTOR YOU WOULD ADVISE ME TO INSTALL IN MY KRATON TO REPLACE THE CRAZY POWERFUL STOCK ELECTRONICS. ALSO, I AM LOOKING FOR A LITTLE BIT OF HELP ON WHICH 2SPEED TRANSMISSION AND A LITTLE ADVISE IF ANYONE ELSE HAS ATTEMPTED IT. One way or another I will make this truck into a rock crawler along with being a badass bashing speed demon!!! (Posted on 3/16/2018)

Anyone tried running the 1730kv on 8s at all? Know it’s rated for 6s, but curiosity is getting the better of me haha.
A:
We wouldn't recommend it. If you did so, you'd want to pay extremely close attention to your motor temps and adjust gearing accordingly.

Good Evening, Do you guys know when you will get the 4092 1730KV motor back in stock? Thanks
A:
Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA at this time. It is a motor we regularly restock, but with the current pandemic and it's effect on manufacturing, we can't nail down an exact ETA. Please continue to check back with us in the coming weeks.

Will this motor melt a stock 185 Kraton ESC? Thanks for your help!
A:
Yes, the stock Kraton ESC is a good match for this motor.

Hi , when would this item be back in stock ?...
A:
We are working tirelessly and communicating with manufacturers to get restocked. Overseas shipments are taking longer during the pandemic as I'm sure you can understand. Our orders are in and we do have product inbound, we just do not have an exact ETA at this time. We're hoping to see product rolling in, in the coming weeks.

What’s the difference between the 82 and 92 versions 2200kv? Same torque... what would you recommend for the tekno mt410? Thanks in advance!!!
A:
You'll see more torque and power from the longer 4092. Either motor would be impressive in the Tekno MT

Would this physically fit in an arrma outcast, and would it work with a blx 200 esc?
A:
Yes, these are incredibly popular for the Arrma
s. The stock ESc will work great with it, but as always it's critical to monitor motor temps and adjust gearing to make sure temps are staying in check with a new setup.
