WARRANTY

 

We take pride in selling high quality products at rock-bottom prices and we offer a 30-Day Warranty on all the products we sell.  If one of our products fail within 30 days of receipt we will replace or refund.  All items which are returned to us for refund or exchange are subject to inspection, and if they appear to be used outside of the scope of their intended use (or used in an application they were not intended for),  if any physical damage is present or if they have been modified from their original state then we reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim. Electronics that have failed due to misuse, abuse, water-damage, running higher voltage than recommended, improper gearing and oveheating are not covered under warranty.   All items being returned under warranty must include all items originally included with product or a restocking fee will be assessed. 

 

Any warranty listed on item packaging is a manufacturer's warranty, and is not processed by RCJuice.  We are happy to provide proof of purchase for manufacturer warranty purposes, but these are not processed by RCJuice.  Buyer is responsible for reading description of all items and for asking any questions about application before making purchase.

 

Items being returned for a warranty claim beyond 14 days are not eligible for refund, replacement only.  Warranty is limited to replacement/value of product in question.

RCJuice is not responsible for broken or defective merchandise beyond 30 days.

 

ESC'S & MOTORS

 

ESC's and motors that fail due to defect are eligible for warranty replacement.  An ESC that has failed due to overheating, connecting to reverse polarity, overheating of motor and shorting out ESC, running excessive voltage through it or for any other reason other than a manufacturers defect IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT.  Motors that have failed due to overheating or any othe rreason other than a manufactures defect ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT.  Please consider this when sending in equipment for a warranty claim.

 

LIPO batteries

 

Pack abnormalities, such as a puffed cell, 0 voltage cell, persistant imbalance (more than 0.5v/cell) must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

 

      Warranty Exclusions For LiPo Batteries

 

     - Physical damage (crush, impact, road rash, water etc.)
     - Over-charging (charge voltage higher than 4.20V/cell), over-discharging (below 3.0V/cell).
     - Problems caused by improper charging, defective chargers or user settings.
     - Use outside of specifications.
     - Improper storage (high temperature and humidity, fully charged storage for more than 15 days, etc)
     - Short-circuit or connection with polarity reversed.
     - Normal wear.

All or most of the cells in a pack are puffed. This typically is a result of over-discharging, improper storage, or charging in excess of 4.21V/cell. If you have experienced this problem, please check your charging and power system(s) to determine the cause and to prevent further issues with other packs.

This warranty applies only to packs purchased directly through RCJuice.com.

All new battery packs should be inspected before use. Although we make every possible effort to ensure that all battery packs and other items are in perfect shape when they arrive, they should still be inspected and all packs inspected for polarity before connecting to a charger or speed controller.  Please do not charge or use any battery you believe to be defective or damaged and contact us immediately. RCJuice strongly recommends that all battery packs from any source be inspected before use.

RETURNS

 

We accept returns on any new and unused item purchased within 14 days of date of purchase.  Refund will be provided in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.  To be eligible for return, items must be brand-new, unused and unopened condition.  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Any item that is being returned as a defective item is subject to the terms of our Warranty Policy.

 

Any returned item that is received in any other condition other than brand new and unused, failed due to misuse, is missing parts or is in otherwise unsaleable condition will result in a higher restocking fee being charged based on the condition of the product, up to and including refusal of return (item will be returned to customer).

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Returns must be received within 10 days of authorization, any returns received beyond 10 days may be returned to customer.

 

Any shipment errors (wrong item shipped or missing item in shipment) must be reported within 3 days of receipt of package.

 

All returns must have prior authorization. If you have an account with us, initiate the return request from your Account page. If you don't have an account with us, use this form: Return Request.

 

Any shipments that are refused by purchaser are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

NO RETURNS ARE PERMITTED ON SALE ITEMS, ITEMS PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT CODE OR CLOSEOUT ITEMS

 

 

SHIPPING

 

Our Shipping Policy is simple, if your order subtotal is over $50.00, then shipping to you is FREE!! If your subtotal is under $50.01 you pay a low flat rate of $5.99 for the same fast shipping service.  When you qualify for free shipping you MUST SELECT THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION in the shipping options, it only shows up if the order is eligible for free shipping.

 

These rates apply to the lower 48, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.

 

Most orders ship via USPS but may go FedEx or UPS if a larger order.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

We ship International through USPS First Class International and Priority shipping.  Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipment weight.

 

 

PROCESSING

 

We try our best to have all orders processed within 24 hours of receipt, although some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. The majority of our orders are processed the same day, and weekend orders are processed first thing Monday morning.

 

 

LOST PACKAGE CLAIMS


If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. 

Before we can file a claim for a lost package, we must allow the U.S. Postal Service the full time allotted for delivery. Here is the timetable for tracing lost packages: 


USPS Express Mail - 10 business days from the day the order was shipped 
USPS Priority Mail - 14 business days from the day the order was shipped 
USPS First Class Mail - 21 business days from the day the order was shipped 
USPS International - 40 business days from the day the order was shipped 

 

Please allow us 2 business days to contact the shipping carrier regarding your missing package.  Please do not open a PayPal claim against the order, as this will further delay the process.
