Can a hobbywing program card be used with this? The hobbystar card looks just like my hobbywing.

If I purchase this 12s esc can you guys soldier on the 8mm bullets and the 6.5mm castle connector (green) on the esc?

Could i put leopard motor 1/5 scale to this esc

Yes, just make sure you follow the voltage limitations of the motor and monitor temps to adjust gearing.
