It is available with either an XT90 or EC5 connector. We can always swap connectors as well, just leave us a message at checkout with the plug you want and we can help you out.

Will the wire location exiting the battery allow the battery tray holder on the Xmaxx and Maxx to close without issues.
I don't see the wire exit position being an issue, the issue I see, according to the battery tray dimensions on the traxxas website, is there maybe a size issue. Our battery dimensions are 138x46x48mm, The specs from traxxas show 197mm x 51.5mm x 44mm for their tray. So, depending on how you position the battery, it's either potentially too wide or too tall.

Will this batter work with the Traxxas X Maxx
According to the listed dimensions for the XMAXX, this battery would not be a direct fit and would require modification to the battery tray for fitment.

What amp should I charge at
The charge recommendation for this battery is a 2c charge rate. For this battery that would be 12a charge.
