What is ESC will work with this motor?
The HobbyStar 150A is a great match for this motor. https://www.rcjuice.com/hobbystar-150a-brushless-sensored-esc-2-6s.html

Can the 4274 sensored motor handle 6s and I’m putting it in a Habao hyper VT.
It can, but it is still necessary for you to monitor temps closely and adjust gearing when setting it up. Any motor can overheat to the point of destruction if over-geared, even running well under the maximum voltage rating. We have a good read on the subject here: https://www.rcjuice.com/power_system_setup
