will this come with extension cords to the esc? looks like the cords are short

No, there are no extensions included. If need be (depending on your ESC), you can solder longer wires to your ESC.

What size are the bullet connectors and is this motor 25 or 30mm mounting holes

6mm bullets and 30mm mount pattern.

I’m currently using this motor with a max6 esc should I be using the 200 amp esc like bl5
A:
It is quite a bit of motor for a 160a esc. Depending on your application, I would definitely recommend a 200a+ ESC. Be sure it can handle the voltage you're using and monitor temps closely (ESC/Motor), and adjust gearing as necessary to keep heat under control.
