Hi, What does “Low IR” mean? Also “HV” Thanks!

"Low IR" means "Low Internal-Resistance", the lower the internal resistance of a battery the more efficient it is, the cooler it runs and the more power they can provide. "HV" refers to "High-Voltage", we have a good quick video to explain: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=joK6gLNHpoU&t
